Introduction

At Astrracore, we value the contributions of our partners in helping us grow and succeed. This policy outlines the terms, guidelines, and expectations for individuals and organizations who join our Partner Program. By partnering with us, you agree to the following terms:

- Partners are responsible for identifying and introducing potential clients to Astrracore.
- Partners are required to provide accurate information about Astrracore's services to prospective clients.
- Partners must maintain transparency and professionalism when representing Astrracore.

3. Compensation and Incentives

- Partners will receive a pre-agreed percentage or fee for successfully referred and closed deals.
- The payment terms, including percentage and timeline, will be discussed and documented in a written agreement prior to partnership initiation.
- Incentives may vary based on the project size, scope and agreed-upon terms.

4. Support from Astrracore

- Partners will receive necessary marketing materials, presentations and training to represent Astrracore effectively.
- A dedicated support team will assist partners in addressing client queries and managing proposals.

5. Code of Conduct

- Partners must adhere to Astrracore’s ethical standards, including honesty, transparency and respect for client confidentiality.
- Partners must not engage in activities that may harm Astrracore’s reputation or breach agreements.

6. Termination of Partnership

- Astrracore reserves the right to terminate a partnership if the partner fails to comply with the policy or breaches agreed terms.
- Either party can terminate the partnership with a 30-day notice, provided no ongoing deals are at risk.

7. Confidentiality Agreement

- Partners must not disclose any confidential information, including client details, pricing structures or proprietary information, without prior written consent from Astrracore.

8. Dispute Resolution

- Any disputes arising during the partnership will be resolved amicably through discussion. If unresolved, the matter may be escalated to arbitration under applicable laws.

9. Policy Updates

- Astrracore reserves the right to update this policy periodically. Partners will be notified of any changes, which will take effect immediately upon notification.
